Testing Services Available
OMDL offers a comprehensive range of specimen collection and testing methods, including Urine, Hair Follicle, Oral Fluid, Blood, and Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT).
Drug Detection Timeframes
Urine Testing: Detects recent use (1 to 5 days).
Hair Follicle: Detects history up to 90 days.
Results Reporting
Negative Results: Within 24 hours.
Non-Negative: Within 72 hours (after MRO review).

Please provide your company details to establish your OMDL corporate account.
Billing & Credit Card Authorization
A valid credit card must be maintained on file and will only be charged for invoices which are past due. OMDL members will automatically receive a 5% discount on all tests and services.
Terms & Agreements
Please review and acknowledge the required service agreements.
CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
OMDL agrees to provide Drug Testing, Alcohol Testing, DOT Compliance, and related Occupational Health Services.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Standard payment terms: Net 30 Days. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur late fees.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY
OMDL shall maintain the confidentiality of all client and employee information in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
4. COMPLIANCE
Services shall be provided in accordance with applicable DOT, SAMHSA, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OMDL's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
